Inspired by the fantastic "Pea car" from the Birdseye advert, I set about seeing if I could make something similar. I started with a primitive sphere (and no real references) and modelled this. Don't take it too seriously, it's not an attempt to make serious art. It's just the yield from a day's messing around in C4D.

The chair model is available on Turbosquid. Just search "tzrnutt".

Streetfighter rendering

First a disclaimer: This is not my model.
It's from a Dosch pack. I put a different headlight on it, but that's it.

This was a materials and rendering exercise in C4D. I was basically trying out different materials, colours and light setups.
I liked the results so I've posted it here.
Modelled in Truesapce and brought into a C4D Scene. Rendering time was about 40mins with HDRI.

I've seen and admired work by various artists creating what are being called "Math Models". I've learned that a lot of them are created using a program called TopMod. I tried to see if I could make similar models using the tools in Cinema 4D and this is the result.

Not stunningly amazing but I'll try something more complicated soon.

This is the result of me trying to hone different skills. I was practising C4D's Spline tools whilst trying out a new lighting setup. I then messed about alot with the radiosity settings to try and get the best possible render I could. I'm still not happy with the shadows though.
Thanks for looking.
Made in Cinema 4D in an evening, and rendered for a lot longer than that!
C+C welcome as usual.
